Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Previous experience with electrocardiogram (EKG) and cardiac stress testing preferred.
• Certifications: BLS strongly preferred at time of hire and required within 3 months.
• Strong English communication abilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for stress tests and assist physicians with stress testing procedures.
• Receives calls and coordinates chest pain patients for early morning tests.
• Prepares patients, monitors heart rate, and documents data in Cerner.
• Collaborates with cardiac team, nurses, and technicians for tests.
