Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is hiring a Registered Nurse for nights on the 34404 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Nursing Med Surg: 7 Reynolds Cardiology unit. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour.

You will apply the nursing process, monitor patient conditions, document in EHR, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes. A current RN license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
