Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have RN Diploma and current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required; higher degree preferred (AA/Bachelors).
• Proficient with Windows-based software and data entry; strong documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in patient care delivery.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates and manages nursing team resources within Interdisciplinary Team.
