Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiology unit on days. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate care to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.

The role requires applying the nursing process, performing assessments, and collaborating with physicians and clinicians. Minimum BSN preferred, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending upon area assigned.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
