Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's in Nursing.
• Experience: 2-5 years nursing experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS, RN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and Specialists to develop and implement care plans to maximize healthcare outcomes.
• Uses nursing skills to assess patient's physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and documentation guidelines.
• Provide patient education and support with verbal and written instructions.
