As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll be part of a vision to make healthcare better for everyone. The program offers exposure to primary and specialty care, with mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.
