Qualifications

• 2-3 years general cardiology experience required.

Education

Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies

Unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the State of Colorado

PA-C Certification (NCCPA)

Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications

Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid provider status

Unrestricted medical staff membership with privileges

Prescriptive authority per medical staff privileges

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Master’s Degree in Nursing (for NP path)

Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice

ANCC or AANPCB certification for NP
