Job summary

AdventHealth in Lake Mary, FL is hiring for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift. The role supports clinical operations, maintains exam rooms, and facilitates patient flow under physician and nurse manager supervision.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, immunizations and injections, venipuncture, and documentation in medical records. High school diploma and LPN license with BLS required; 1+ related experience preferred.

• 1+ related work experience [Preferred]

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments following established guidelines.
• Documents immunizations, therapeutic injections, and medications under supervision.
• Schedules procedures, imaging, or specialist appointments as directed.
• Assists physician with office procedures and venipuncture; maintains patient records.
• Maintains clean, organized exam rooms and proper disposal of biohazard waste.
