Job summary

HealthCare Connections, Inc. is recruiting a National Board Certified Family or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years of NP experience, preferably in Cardiology, to join an outpatient cardiology practice in east central Arizona. The position is Monday–Friday, 8–5 with no nights or weekends.

The NP will support the Cardiologist in clinic, assist in patient evaluations, treatments, and follow‑up care, and document encounters in medical records. Arizona license is required.

Qualifications

• National Board Certified Family or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 3 years of NP experience, preferably in Cardiology.
• Active Arizona nursing license required.

Physician‑owned, multi‑specialty group is recruiting a National Board Certified Family or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years of NP experience, preferably in Cardiology, holding an active Arizona license, to join an established outpatient cardiology practice in east central Arizona. The role will support the Cardiologist in clinic and is Monday‑Friday, 8‑5 hours, with no late nights or weekends.

Location

East central Arizona, within the National Forest area.
