Job summary

AdventHealth Sebring, Florida, seeks a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide specialized cardiovascular care in collaboration with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams across outpatient, inpatient, and procedural follow-up.

You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, initiate orders, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and participate in rounds. A Master’s of Nursing and APRN licensure with ACLS/BLS are required, with 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's of Nursing is required.
• APRN license is required.
• 1+ year of related work experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments with history and exams.
• Initiate orders for medications, labs, and tests within scope and policy.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document encounters, procedures, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and care planning activities.
