Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks an NP or PA with cardiology background for a locum tenens role in Duluth, MN. The position covers outpatient cardiology clinics with EP physician support, under Epic EMR, Monday through Friday, 7a–5:30p, 1–2 weeks per month.

No on-call duties; responsibilities include consultations, follow-ups, and coordination with RNs and staff, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Cardiology background required; EP background preferred.
• Locum Tenens experience in outpatient cardiology is desirable.
• Board certification or eligibility in cardiology is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care in a clinic setting.
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 15 patients with 30-minute appointment slots.
• Collaborate with the full-time EP physician and support staff for patient management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
• No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on clinic-based patient care.
