Qualifications

APN licensure in the United States with cardiology clinical experience.
Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans for Veterans across settings.
Experience providing consultative cardiology services and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

Independent Practice: Provide a full range of services by adhering to established treatment guidelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Care Leadership: Lead the delivery of care to ensure continuity and peer accountability, aiming to improve patient outcomes.
Comprehensive Care: Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate care that promotes wellness and prevents disease, injury, and disability.
Diagnostics: Order and/or interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies and procedures.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Consult and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage complex health problems.
