Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to provide leadership of the clinical care team and to serve as a clinical expert, educator, and practitioner for a specific patient population.

In this role you will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care, lead staff development, and drive evidence-based changes while modeling MLH's mission and values in a high-volume hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a nursing specialty with national specialty certification as a nurse practitioner.
• Experience in clinical practice as RN 3–5 years.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced direct and indirect patient care collaborating with physicians and the care team.
• Lead staff education programs to address population-specific needs.
• Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to implement evidence-based practice changes.
