Portneuf Medical Group in southeast Idaho seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiovascular team at the Heart & Vascular Institute. This role supports one Cardiologist in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

You will work with Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe to improve documentation, patient flow, and coding accuracy. The position offers a balanced schedule, on‑site lab and EKG, and a pathway for professional growth within a hospital‑based medical group.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA).
• Experience in cardiology or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice care within the cardiology team.
• Collaborate with cardiologists to manage patient care plans.
