Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or direct patient care experience, including collection of patient information, patient interactions or assisting physicians with procedures.
• Preferred: CMAA certification, walk-in/primary care or specialty care experience, strong clerical background with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills.
• Provide registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing support.
• Perform patient care tasks under supervision of licensed healthcare providers when in clinical role.
