Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant Certification or completion of a Medical Assistant Program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Demonstrates ability to perform EKGs and obtain accurate vital signs.
• Experience in a physician office and computer use.
• Collaborates with physicians to individualize patient care.
• Competence in acute care patient management/organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, compassionate patient care and timely rooming of patients.
• Document in EMR and process messages as needed.
• Support daily operations with clinicians and staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and the team.
