A leading organization in cardiology located in Louisiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care. Responsibilities include triage, documentation, and patient support during procedures. Qualified candidates should hold a high school diploma and an LPN license in Louisiana, along with BLS certification. Qualifications

High school diploma and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Louisiana.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS certification is a plus.
Skilled in clinical documentation, EMR systems, and patient communication.
Experienced in triage, blood draws, injections, and assisting in diagnostic testing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain compliance.

Responsabilités

Provide licensed professional nursing care to support cardiovascular physicians.
Perform triage, documentation, injections, diagnostic support, and coordination of care.
Respond to patient needs both in clinic and by phone.
Document vital signs, medications, allergies, and patient concerns.
Assist with Coumadin clinics, blood draws, and diagnostic procedure explanations.
