Job summary

You will take patient calls, help schedule appointments, educate patients about device use, and collaborate with cardiology staff to deliver patient-centered care across clinical sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• 1–2 years' experience in a medical setting, preferably cardiology.
• Experience with electronic medical records and fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monitoring area and ensure timely turnaround of ambulatory EKG reports.
• Scan, interpret, and transcribe ambulatory EKG recordings.
• Assist with transcription and final reporting of cardiac event recordings.
• Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and educate patients about device expectations.
