Qualifications

• Completion of Echocardiogram program or equivalent training required.
• Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current required.
• Able to assist physician with TEE testing required.
• Previous one (1) year of Echo Tech experience required.
• Hospital experience in the Cardiology field preferred.
• Effective July 1, 2017 ARDMS or CCI Required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac ultrasound to assess structures and blood flow.
• Obtains accurate cardiac measurements.
• Assists physicians with complex procedures.
• Supports departmental operations and clerical functions.
• Manages documentation and information flow.
