Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC and a background in Cardiology or clinical care is preferred.
• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and four years of relevant program experience; a bachelor's degree may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Abstraction and Management: Collect and deliver sponsor and PI data from medical charts; ensure protocol adherence; maintain training in EDC systems; enter data into databases; manage data queries and enrollment tracking.
• Clinical Support: Administer phlebotomy and lab procedures; support patient visit activities, capture vital signs, coordinate transportation, provide general assistance.
• General Administrative Support: Manage inventory and supplies; track regulatory training compliance; participate in process improvements; assist supervisor as needed.
• Participant Screening: Conduct screening activities per IRB protocols and refer potential subjects to the lead coordinator.
• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and submit protocol amendments and continuing reviews; file IRB documents and sponsor communications.
