Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Sociology or related degree preferred
• Licenses: CPT- Phlebotomy Certification license required
• Experience: 1 year clinical research experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating noncomplex research studies
• Collects and abstracts clinical research data
• Enters data into Electronic Data Systems (EDCs) provided by sponsors
• Completes Case Report Forms (CRFs)
• Assists with prescreening of potential research participants and scheduling visits
• Supports regulatory submissions to IRB including Adverse Events and Safety Letters
• Assists with budget and patient research billing
• Responsible for sample preparation and shipping, and kit maintenance
• Ensures compliance with GCP and HIPAA regulations
• Acts as a primary contact for sponsor inquiries when directed
