Ascension Health's Ascension Medical Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Cardiology Consult and Heart Failure Clinic. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Must hold an Oklahoma RN license and active BLS certification.
Diploma from an accredited school of nursing required.
Experience in cardiology or heart failure care preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
Execute physician and nursing orders.
Assist with discharge planning.
