Phelps Health is seeking an Office LPN to assist physicians by performing patient assessments, treatments, testing, and education in a fast-paced clinic setting. The role requires organization, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.

The LPN will follow safety policies, assist with procedures, triage calls, document visits, manage vital signs, and support medication management while educating patients about available digital tools and ongoing care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and approved IV therapy course.

Responsabilités

• Follows clinic safety policies to ensure patient care is provided in a safe environment.
• Administers medications (oral, IM, SC) as ordered.
• Assists with procedures, maintains sterile field, and manages instrument trays.
• Assists with examinations within scope of license.
• Triage calls and communicates test results to patients.
• Documents chief complaint and visit details per provider preference.
• Obtains patient height, weight, and full set of vital signs.
• Initiates and updates patient medication lists per provider preference.
• Performs point-of-care lab testing and collects samples as ordered.
• Educates patients about MyChart and its benefits.
