Job summary

Qualifications

• Conducts patient evaluations, reviews records, orders tests, diagnoses conditions, and prescribes medications.
• Provides clinical consultation and support for invasive and non-invasive cardiology procedures.
• Acts as a cardiology specialist in diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
• Performs procedures within scope, including injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans and communicates changes to the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely, complete patient medical records and documentation.
• Educates patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and prevention.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans and communicates changes in patients' conditions to the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely, and complete patient medical records and documentation.
• Educates patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive cardiovascular care.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
