• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with cardiologists.
• Order, interpret, and respond to diagnostic tests (EKG, echocardiograms, stress tests).
• Coordinate care across multiple specialties and settings.
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health and medications.
