Job summary

MASC Medical in Vero Beach, Florida, is seeking a Cardiologist with a $500K base salary and immediate partnership equity. This outpatient practice offers flexible hours, with light hospital rounding. You will read your own echos and nuclear stress tests, and enjoy a supportive environment with a part-time NP.

The practice covers two-thirds of medical insurance premiums, provides a 401(k) with a 3% employer match, and offers generous PTO and CME allowances. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Step into a $500K base with immediate partnership equity at a growing cardiology practice on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Mostly outpatient. No ER call. Real Monday-to-Friday hours. You read your own echos, nuclears, and TEEs. And you live ten minutes from the beach.

The Schedule (M–F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Light hospital rounding — typically 1–2 patients/day

30 min – 1.5 hrs: Study reads (echo, nuclear, TEE)

No ER call. Hospital call is optional and only by your preference.

Part-time NP supports your clinic days

You read your own echos, nuclear stress tests, and TEEs (diagnostic income stays in-house)

Predominantly Medicare patient population — credentialing typically completes in about a week
