Weatherby Healthcare seeks a cardiology coverage specialist for hospital-based, on-call assignments in Kansas. The role entails inpatient and outpatient cardiology coverage with STEMI/ICU/hospital consult responsibilities in a busy setting.

Non-invasive procedures, echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology experience are required. Invasive cardiology is diagnostic only. Travel and housing expenses are pre-paid with malpractice coverage and consultant support.

Qualifications

• STEMI, ICU and hospital consult experience required.
• Non-invasive procedures, echocardiography, and TEE required.
• Nuclear cardiology experience (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.)
• Invasive cardiology required for diagnostic purposes.

Responsabilités

• On-call coverage—Mon–Fri 5pm–7am, 24-hour weekends & holidays.
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiology coverage in a hospital setting.
• Approximately 10 patients per shift.
• Leave coverage opportunity.
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal.
