NOW Healthcare Recruitment invites an Electrophysiologist to practice in Indianapolis, IN, joining a large, multispecialty cardiology group with 29 cardiologists and 26 advanced practice providers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with 1:3 hospital rotation; EP call coverage; high volume clinic and inpatient work. State-of-the-art labs and a comprehensive benefits package support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in electrophysiology.
• Ability to hold Indiana state license.

Responsibilities

• EP clinic with high patient volume.
• Perform pacemaker/ICD implants and lead management.
• Collaborate within a large cardiology team.
• Provide EP procedures including ablations as indicated.

About the Role:

• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Cardiologist who specializes in Electrophysiology
• Interested candidate will join large, equal shares, multi-specialty team of twenty-nine cardiologists, two cardiac hospitalists, and twenty-six advanced practice providers.
• Founded in 1978 we proudly served the communities of South and Central Indiana.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; with hospital rotation 1:3
• Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (2 times per year to provide patient access)
• Evening hours, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (2 times per year to provide patient access)
• EP Call Coverage only
• Average clinic volume: 22 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 15 - 20
• High volumes - average 200+ cases per year
• State-of-the-art labs:
• Boston Scientific Opal Mapping with Farapulse PFA system
• Biosense Webster Cartosound Mapping system with GE recording system, with connectivity to perform cryoballoon cases as well
• Procedures:
• Permanent Pacemaker implants
• Pacemaker Lead extractions
• Leadless Pacemaker implants
• ICD implants
• Left Atrial Appendage Closure
• Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation
