Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a BC cardiologist for locum tenens coverage in Richland, WA. Expect inpatient rounds, ICU management, and performance of echocardiography and TEE with nuclear cardiology interpretation (Cardiolyte, thallium).

Coverage dates include December 2026 onward with a 7a-7p schedule (7 days on/7 days off) and 7p-7a night call. EPIC EMR used; support staff includes 3 APPs. WA or IMLC license plus DEA, BLS/ACLS required.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (BC).
• WA license or IMLC required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology coverage with daily rounds.
• Manage ICU patients with cardiac conditions.
• Perform non-invasive cardiac procedures including echocardiography and TEE.
• Interpret nuclear cardiology studies (Cardiolyte, thallium).
• Take night call and respond within 20 minutes.
