Job summary

Capitol Cardiology in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a Practice Integration and Growth Manager to oversee the integration of cardiovascular practices within the USHP network. You will coordinate space buildouts, manage multiple sites, and guide projects from planning through execution to improve patient care.

The role requires a strong background in multi-site healthcare logistics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or Project Management Certification (PMP) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on cardiovascular services or related specialty.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and relationships.
• Knowledge of integration strategies and best practices in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies for cardiovascular practices within USHP.
• Lead facility establishment and build-out of new locations (offices, satellite clinics, ASCs).
• Manage integration projects, mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with directors, physicians, and staff to identify needs and ensure smooth transitions during integration.
• Analyze workflows, identify improvements, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
• Develop and deliver training for staff on new systems and practices; provide ongoing support.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, updating practices as needed.
