Ideal candidates hold a current group fitness cert (ACE/AFAA/NASM) and CPR/AED, have experience teaching cardio kickboxing or similar workouts, and bring strong communication and crowd-engagement skills to inspire participants.

Qualifications

• Current group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Prior experience teaching cardio kickboxing, boxing fitness, or similar group fitness classes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kickboxing techniques, combinations, and safe training principles.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and crowd-engagement skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive, high-energy attitude.
• Ability to instruct and adapt classes for mixed fitness levels and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, high-energy cardio kickboxing classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
• Design and update class choreography to keep sessions fresh, fun, and challenging.
• Demonstrate proper punching, kicking, and footwork techniques to ensure safe and effective movement.
• Motivate and engage class participants throughout each session to maximize performance and retention.
• Monitor participants for proper form and provide modifications or corrections as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming class environment before and after each session.
• Build strong member relationships to support class attendance and community growth.
