Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo/Vascular Technician at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. You will perform ultrasound exams, coordinate appointments, and ensure patient safety and comfort while supporting the clinical team.

The role requires ARDMS/CCI certification and BLS, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience. Competitive hourly pay is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams and document results.
• Prioritize, schedule and coordinate exams with staff and patients.
• Prepare patients and ensure safety and comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment and techniques.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory; apply correct charge codes.
