Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with completed anesthesiology residency.
• Board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• Eight or more years of experience preferred.
• Interest in physician leadership, program development and quality improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of a Cardiac & Vascular Ambulatory Surgery Center and anesthesia program policies.
• Provide anesthesia for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology procedures, vascular surgery, and device placements.
• Deliver anesthesia for sedation cases and ensure patient safety across cases.
• Develop anesthesia policies, workflows, and quality standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and help recruit and develop the anesthesia team.
• Collaborate with procedural specialists, surgeons, nursing and administrative leadership to shape program growth.
