AtlantiCare seeks a skilled Cardiac Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Pomona, NJ. This full-time position involves assisting in cardiac surgeries, performing endoscopic vein harvesting, and providing postoperative care in both the ICU and inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Current certifications for BLS and ACLS are required.
• Must be proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH).

Responsibilities

• First assist in adult cardiac surgical procedures in the OR.
• Perform endoscopic vein harvesting for CABG cases.
• Round on postoperative patients in the ICU and step-down units.
• Collaborate closely with surgical staff.
