Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry RN for the Independence, MO area. The role involves assessing acute patient changes, monitoring heart rhythms, interpreting ECGs, and intervening in emergencies on a 36-bed unit with rotating shifts.

Requirements include 1 year of acute care RN experience, Missouri or compact state license, BLS on hire and ACLS within 1 year. Sign-on bonus available and relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Current RN license (Missouri or compact state)
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides therapeutic and administrative patient care
• Delivers care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Provides care for patients age 16+ (young adult to geriatric population)
• Cares for patients under 16 until stable for transfer
• Develops advanced knowledge in cardiac monitoring and step-down care
