Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse to deliver patient-family centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN demonstrates proficiency in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork with the care team.

The role requires acute Med/Surg Tele experience (1 year preferred), Florida RN licensure, and active BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP or chemotherapy provider certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year acute Med/Surg Tele experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or chemotherapy provider cards may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency across assessment, planning and intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document effectively in the electronic medical record.
