Job summary

Ascension is seeking a licensed RN to join Ascension Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role covers night shift on a part-time basis, focusing on direct patient care and coordinated multidisciplinary support.

You’ll implement care plans, monitor patient changes, and ensure smooth discharge planning while adhering to organizational policies and safety standards. Hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes.
• Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs
