Qualifications

• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• 1 year cardiac telemetry or related care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs; identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to evaluate and modify the care plan for cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital policies.
