Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and safety culture.
• Possibly administer medications per protocols; coordinate care.
