Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on an assigned unit using the nursing process. The role includes leadership responsibilities and progression toward Level II/III as requested.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing diploma/associate/bachelor, maintains a Georgia RN license, and has BLS CPR; ACLS within one year is required. Flexible, patient-centered care across adult, geriatric, pediatric, and adolescent populations is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia as evidenced by primary source verification.
• BLS CPR required; ACLS certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients on a given unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Works primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations or pediatric and adolescent patients on assigned units.
• Demonstrates professional growth by assuming Shift Leader responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement to Level II or Level III.
