Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee is recruiting registered nurses for Cardiac Medical Telemetry on 3 South. This 32-bed Step Down ICU/Progressive Unit cares for patients with cardiac arrhythmias and related conditions, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

We value new graduates with strong clinical foundations or experienced nurses, and provide a residency program, a strong nurse-to-patient ratio, and a culture focused on care excellence and health

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Strong interest and passion for service and health equity.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure safety and quality of care.
