Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to care for telemetry patients with heart conditions and to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing plans. You will advocate for patients, respond to changes in condition, and notify physicians using SBAR for timely decisions.

You will document care, participate in quality improvement, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience required.
• ADN, Diploma, or Foreign Equivalent.
• Registered Nurse: AZ license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for telemetry patients.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities.
• Document assessments and interventions within established timeframes.
• Demonstrate accountability for ethical practice and escalate issues as needed.
• Use cultural awareness to ensure patient-centered care.
