Job summary

EMT or acute care experience is preferred, with basic dysrhythmia training provided by MUSC. The incumbent will work under the direction of registered nurses, participate in patient monitoring, and support timely clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED certificate.
• Must possess communication/writing skill, physical/emotion stamina.
• Basic EKG required.
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and spell effectively.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Must pass basic/dysrhythmia course.
• Experience: EMT and/or equivalent acute care, clinical experience preferred.
