Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Manager for Cardiac Telemetry on a full-time day shift. Responsibilities include overseeing 24-hour nursing care delivery, promoting a professional practice environment, and implementing the Nursing Strategic Plan within the unit.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, active RN licensure, and at least three years of clinical leadership experience. Preferred candidates hold a BSN or higher, with strong PC skills and the ability to analyze data from multiple information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Past experiences must demonstrate leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data from information systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population on a 24-hour basis, achieving quality outcomes.
