Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
• Design, direct, evaluate, and document the plan of care.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies.
• Reassess patients at appropriate intervals following interventions.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive reports to ensure continuity of patient care.
