Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a surgical first assist in cardiac surgery.
• Experience in taking independent call.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a surgical service line (preferred).
• Active BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Surgical First Assistant in cardiac procedures.
• Oversee coordination of surgical schedules and resource allocation.
• Lead initiatives focused on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
