Job summary

North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale is seeking a Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative, high‑quality team. The APP will provide first assist, inpatient rounding, clinic coverage, and on‑call duties within a comprehensive Cardiac Surgery program.

The role offers autonomy within a joint physician–APP framework, with an excellent anesthesia support and EPIC electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience as an advanced practice provider in cardiac surgery.
• Endoscopic Vein Harvest experience preferred.
• Board eligible or certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current State of Minnesota license as an advanced practitioner.
• Valid DEA Registration.

Responsibilities

• First assist in cardiac surgery, inpatient rounding, clinic, and call duties.
• Collaborate within a physician-APP team with autonomous practice.
• Provide high level of patient care and support within the program.

• Salary Range: $165,000-$167,500
