Kaiser Permanente – Southern California Permanente Medical Group is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative program in Los Angeles. Surgeons typically perform two cardiac surgery cases daily across a three-to-four day workweek, supported by dedicated cardiac anesthesia and nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform ~2 cardiac surgery cases per day, 3–4 days per week.
• Join a dedicated multidisciplinary cardiac surgery team with dedicated anesthesia and nursing staff.
• Collaborate with in-house CTICU intensivists and a Magnet-recognized medical center to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
