Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient information clearly to the health care team.
• Identify variances and participate in problem solving to meet goals.
