Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide nursing care across the patient lifecycle, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies to maintain high standards and coordinate care across the patient care team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, and optional advanced certifications depending on specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure required; BCLS required. Advanced specialty certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to deliver quality nursing care.
